Olympic hopefuls: Meet and help some of the nation's best swimmers get to the gold By ELIZABETH KELLAR Friday, June 8, 2012 The Summer Olympics officially begin in July, but Southwest Floridians can dive into the excitement early at the 2nd Annual T2 Aquatics Golf Tournament this Saturday at the Quarry in North Naples. Congratulations to T2 Aquatics' Lisa Blackburn, who recently was named Bermuda's Female Athlete of the Year for 2011! Lisa won 2 Gold Medals at the 2011 Carribean Swimming Championships, and at the 2011 USA Winter Nationals Lisa swam a time in the 100 Breaststroke which was faster than the current Master's World Record in her Age Group.
