T2 Aquatics “Get Psyched” Clinic

Who:   Athletes who are looking for an extra edge in athletics and in life.

What:  Three 90 minute Seminar-style Clinic Sessions for athletes age 11 and over.  Coaches Paul Yetter and Tom Yetter will teach the Clinic.

When: Tuesday November 24, Wednesday November 25, and Saturday December 5.

Where: The YMCA on Pine Ridge Road, Naples FL

Why:   Improving one’s ability to goal-set, guide personal mental imagery, and steer “self-talk” in a positive direction are among the most valuable tools anyone can learn.

• Session 1: Tuesday 11/24/15 - Ages 11-18 Noon-1:30pm
• Session 2: Wednesday 11/25/15 - Ages 11-18 9:00-10:30am
• Session 3: Saturday 12/5/15 - Ages 11-18 12:00-1:30pm

It’s been my experience that a strong mental and emotional approach to athletics not only enables athletes to achieve at a high level, but assists in preparing the growing person to face challenges that may arise throughout life.  It’s important that we develop strategies and methods that help our athletes sharpen their goal-setting techniques and enhance their ability to imagine personal greatness.
