T2 Schedule Changes July 31
through August 15th

FALL SCHEDULE (starting August 16) to you via email before
August 1st**
8 and Under –
Our schedule will remain the
same through August 15th.
Silver Group –
Saturday July 31 – no
practice
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday (August 2-5) – practice will be
8-9:45am
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
(August 6-8) – No Practice
Resume normal
“Summer” schedule on August 9th
Gold 1 and Gold 2
Groups –
Saturday July 31 – no
practice
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday (August 2-5) – practice will be
8-9:45am
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
(August 6-8) – No Practice
Monday through Saturday
(August 9-14) –Gold 1 is off; Gold 2 may join Silver group at
the Silver group’s practice (Normal “Summer”
Schedule times).
Senior 1 and Senior 2
Groups –
Saturday July 31 –

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
(August 2,4, and 6) – practice will go from
7-8:30am
Tuesday and Thursday (August 3
and 5) – open swim at Norris 12-2pm (paper workout on your
own)
Saturday and Sunday (August 7
and 8) – Off
Week of Monday August
9th You may choose to take a week off, or swim on
your own at the YMCA. Paper workout options will be
provided. Get yourself mentally prepared for an awesome fall
of training and racing.
